Facilities

·Camping space alongside the track – bring your own tent .

·Limited accommodation for hire from organisers – Book & pay very early!

·Power points available for lighting but not deepfreezes, microwaves or urns.

·Athletes may set up their seconding area from Friday 12/12/14 .

·Toilets and hot showers

·Athletes are advised to bring their own favourite provisions .

·Water point will be provided.

·Swimming pool

 



Menu of food to be supplied.

Night before for Supper is Spaghetti Bolognaise carbo-loading party.

Day 1   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch : Pizza plus something sweet.

             Supper : . Pasta and two veggies.

Day 2   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch : Hamburger and chips plus something sweet.

             Supper : Chicken, rice and two veggies.

Day 3   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch : Toasted sandwiches plus something sweet.

             Supper : Spaghetti Bolognaise and two veggies

Day 4   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch : Fish and chips plus something sweet.

             Supper :Curry and rice.

Day 5   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch :Pizza or toasted sandwiches plus something sweet.

             Supper :Lasagne and two veggies.

Day 6   Breakfast :  2 x eggs /sausage/2 slices toast and oats or cereal.

             Lunch : Hotdog and chips plus something sweet.

             Coffee and tea will be available 24/7 for the duration of all races for        runners .

Coke,energy drink and water.

Biscuits,salty chips and peanuts.

Watermelon and some fresh fruit.

Water for cooling/sponging.
